Lang Son Students Enthusiastically Engage with American Expert on “Learning Strategies”

LANG SON – On the morning of April 26th, students and youth union members at Hoang Van Thu High School in Lang Son city eagerly participated in a cultural and educational exchange titled “Learning Strategies,” featuring both local and international experts.
The students from “Xu Lang” (a traditional name for the Lang Son region) were seen in lively, beneficial conversations with Associate Professor Gramse, openly discussing topics related to school, family, and society.To further promote engagement, the school has developed 10 book catalogues, created 12 video book introductions, and launched a dedicated website to share news and activities from the library and the “House of Wisdom.”The facility is furnished with four internet-connected computers and a large-screen TV. Mobile bookshelves are also utilized to create open reading spaces in “Building C” and a “green library” area, all designed with a harmonious, friendly, and appealing aesthetic to attract both faculty and students. In a recent activity, the Youth Union organized an artistic book-stacking competition to celebrate “Vietnam Book Day” on April 21st.Throughout the school year, the institution regularly curates book lists and introduces noteworthy titles, with a special focus on those that reflect regional culture.During the event, students from Hoang Van Thu High School enthusiastically exchanged effective study methods, embracing a “learn through play, play through learning” spirit in a friendly atmosphere.
